Ghar wapsi vs education: While doing the rounds of school for my kid's admission to nursery, i realised minority organisations have done a fantastic job of ensuring quality education to their followers' children. All Christian schools, jain's school, (for that matter Jamia Millia Islamia university too). But what have Hindu thekedars done? Have they ensured good education to their next generation? Who is dying to send their wards to their school? Who envies their school as we do Christian convent schools? Who will ensure good education instead of just playing politics? Why there is such bhed chaal and cut throat competition in getting in a good school? Why seemingly good education be delivered by a handful of branded schools, and why there shouldn't be a certain standards set for quality if education imparted? Why is there still a strong unwritten assertion about donations in school? Why did the governments let the education be so commercialised?? A friend of mine told me his maid felt a stark change in her life since she converted to Christianity - her life improved and her daughter's convent education was guaranteed by the missionaries. Can so called pro-Hindu organisations at least ensure good and easily accessible education to original and converted Hindus. I felt so disadvantage recently.
